A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• There will be availability to return tickets for full refund 14 days prior to event 
• If you are unable to attend event less than 14 days prior, there will be no refund
• If the event is cancelled by action of The Word, a full refund will be given
• Refunds will be made to the original purchase method
• Contact by method of purchase
